*Higher rep ranges are intentional. Wider feet, vertical dip/drive, and aggressive pushing under the bar will be the key here as the percentages increase week to week.

Climb The Ladder
5 Box Step Overs (Spl/S: Jump Overs)
5 Wallballs
5 Box Step Overs (Spl/S: Jump Overs)
10 Wallballs
5/15, 5/20, 5/25, etc…
*You can save yourself a lot of time if you’re intentional with your footwork on the Overs. Be smart with the Wallballs, keeping them unbroken as long as possible, and limiting your rest when/if you do decide to break.
