Strength Cycle – Week 1

WOD
5 Rounds
15 Deadlifts – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
5 Power Snatch (S: Squat Snatch)
L: 10; S: 15 Burpees Over Bar
Rest 60sec
*Order of the class is flipped, WOD followed by a lift. Don’t cherry-pick one or the other. Give full effort to both parts. Since the WOD is interval work, treat each round like it’s the only WOD for the day.

Strength/SKill
Rest 5min after you finish the WOD, then:

10min to find 1RM Squat Clean & Jerk
*Don’t limit yourself to your old 1RM. You might be surprised what you can hit post-WOD. Maybe you hit a new PR today.
