Strength Cycle: Phase 1 – Week 5 of 7

6 Touch and Go Squat Snatch
*Back to the sets of 6. Try to hit the heavier weights you’ve used recently at these higher rep ranges. Continue to focus on bar path and pull under the bar. Back off the weight on your last set so you finish with perfect reps.

L: 24/17 Cal Row/Ski or 20/14 Cal Bike
Spl/S: 30/22 Cal Row/Ski or 26/18 Cal Bike
20 Wallballs
*This will give you all sorts of feels in your legs and lungs. Everyone should finish with at least 3 rounds, but some may get 5+.
