60sec Max Power Snatch Singles @ 80-85%
*We’ve steadily increased the amount of weight we’re using for these Snatch singles. The difficulty increases, so the focus required to complete them well should increase, too.

In 18min, complete:
Row/Ski 2001m or Bike 4402m
-then, immediately into:
AMRAP in remaining time:
9 Thrusters – L: 75/55; Spl: 95/65; S: 115/75
11 Abmat Situps; Spl: Hanging Leg Raise; S: T2B
9 Power Snatch
11 Abmat Situps; Spl: Hanging Leg Raise; S: T2B
*If the numbers didn’t make sense, this is a 9/11 tribute workout. The weight should be manageable but uncomfortable. Thrusters in 2 sets would be a good starting point, and some touch and go Snatches should be possible at your chosen weight.
